minor fine

So I am apparently being fined for leaving the country last year to Mexico while being on EI because I didn't properly fill out a form informing them of my absence, they claim I knowingly knew what I was doing.. in other words I was trying to fraud them.. which I wasn't. I am totally appealing it an going to court.. what a piss off that's all I have to say.
